ECI 678 - Twenty-first Century Leadership in Early Childhood Education (3)

This course provides an in-depth study of leadership theories and practices. Students will analyze educational reform from the perspectives of state and national child development research institutes and leadership organizations. Course content explores implications of systemic change in the field of early education and seeks to expand knowledge and skills specific to advocacy, management, and mentoring. Meta-analysis of research data is pursued. The course is WEB enhanced.
