ADM 511 - The Church Leader as Mentor (3)

This course examines the role of church leaders as mentors. Students grapple with the historical and contemporary role and expectations of a mentor. The course uses the theoretical concepts of transformational learning to help participants develop strategies for empowering the leadership team of a church through mentoring.
