BUS 380 INTERNSHIP IN BUSINESS (3) This course is an academically sponsored, career-related professional work experience that allows the student to link theoretical concepts to practical day-to-day applications. It also provides the opportunity for the student to build professional networks. Every 40 contact hours equals one hour of academic credit, with a maximum of 4 credits per internship. Prerequisite: Minimum of 60 credits completed by the time of the internship and permission of instructor. Appropriate placement must be arranged by the student with the assistance and support of the Experiential Learning and Career Development Center or other appropriate resources.
